Materials and Design

This bow is part of the new 2015 Cruzer bows series, and right out of the box impresses for the quality of its design and USA-made materials. The bow riser is made of lightweight machined aluminum and it’s pretty similar to risers seen on PSE bows.

Technology

Featuring Bear’s MV double cam system, the Bear Cruzer G2 RTH has a moderate cam design, which gives it a smooth and easy draw cycle. Its 75% let-off makes it easy to hold at full draw for extended periods of time, even with the limbs cranked down. The Bear Cruzer features max-preload quad limbs for powerful and vibration-free release, a special grip design that eliminates hand torque, and high-precision limb pockets for enhanced accuracy.

Speed and accuracy 

The brace height of 6.5 inches and the short axle-to-axle length (32″) makes the Cruzer a little less forgiving than other Bear models, but on the other hand the bow can be easier to maneuver in tight quarters and close shots.
